Dankholz is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 25 building areas with 11,911 m² and 21 gardens on 11,021 m² in the cadastral community of Dankholz , in 1989/1990 there were 25 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 106 and in 2009/2010 there were 66 buildings on 106 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 214 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 34 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 204 hectares and 42 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 199 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 44 hectares. The average soil climate of Dankholz is 26.8 (as of 2010).
