Reichpolds is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 11 building areas with 6,288 m² and 9 gardens on 3,949 m² in the cadastral municipality of Reichpolds , in 1989/1990 there were 11 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 45 and in 2009/2010 there were 30 buildings on 48 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 83 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 36 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 78 hectares and 40 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 76 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 41 hectares. The average soil climate number of Reichpolds is 18.7 (as of 2010).
