Heitzles is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 26 building areas with 12,604 m² and 17 gardens on 6,268 m² in the cadastral community of Heitzles , in 1989/1990 there were 34 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 62 and in 2009/2010 there were 39 buildings on 68 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 171 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 54 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 154 hectares and 70 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 151 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 70 hectares. The average soil climate number of Heitzles is 29.2 (as of 2010).
