Singenreith is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 15 building areas with 7,147 m² and 6 gardens on 4,593 m² in the cadastral community of Singenreith , in 1989/1990 there were 15 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 49 and in 2009/2010 there were 35 buildings on 48 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 84 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 21 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 74 hectares and 28 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 70 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 28 hectares. The average soil climate in Singenreith is 19.9 (as of 2010).
