Richterhof is a village and a cadastral community in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 9 building areas with 3,935 m² and 10 gardens on 4,236 m² in the cadastral community Richterhof , in 1989/1990 there were 9 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 22 and in 2009/2010 there were 14 buildings on 30 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 50 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 14 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000, 46 hectares of agriculture were practiced and 17 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 40 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 19 hectares. The average soil climate number of Richterhof is 23.5 (as of 2010).
