Münichreith is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kottes-Purk in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 22 building areas with 11,375 m² and 16 gardens on 17,457 m² in the cadastral community of Münichreith , in 1989/1990 there were 22 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 54 and in 2009/2010 there were 34 buildings on 56 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 215 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 135 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 186 hectares and 165 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 158 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 183 hectares. Münichreith's average soil climate number is 19.9 (as of 2010).
