Hacklsberg is a part of the municipality of Deining in the Upper Palatinate district of Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate in Bavaria .

geography

The district is located in the Upper Palatinate Jura at around 510 m above sea ​​level on a wooded sand dune between the Greißelbach in the north and the Döllwanger Bach in the south.

history

Until April 30, 1978 Hacklsberg was part of the municipality of Döllwang and was incorporated with this in the course of the regional reform in Bavaria to Deining. The district was created when Neumarkt and Nuremberg families built weekend houses here from 1935 to 1944 and finally moved here due to the effects of the war. In 1964 the municipality of Döllwang prepared a development plan with 40 building plots. Four years later, an asphalt road was built to the forest settlement, which was previously only accessible via a gravel road. In 1988 the settlement was canalized. In addition to the main street of the district, Stocketstraße, there are Moosstraße and Kochholzweg branching off from it.
