Heidemarie Böwe , also Heide Böwe , née Heidemarie Schönknecht (* 1941 in Freiburg , Silesia ) is a German dramaturge and radio play author .

Life

After childhood in Silesia, Heidemarie Böwe (née Schönknecht) saw her family move to Riesa in 1947 . In Oschatz , she passed her A-levels and began to study acting at the Leipzig Theater Academy, followed by engagements as an actress at the Eisenach State Theater , the Thomas-Müntzer-Theater Eisleben and the State Theater Halle .

After studying philosophy at a distance, Heidemarie Böwe worked from 1981 to 1989 as a dramaturge in the radio drama department of the GDR radio and from 1993 to 2006 she continued her work as a radio drama dramaturge and editor for radio drama and reading versions at MDR Figaro / MDR Kultur .

She was married to the actor Kurt Böwe (* 1929) until his death in 2000 . She has three children, her daughters Susanne Böwe and Winnie Böwe are actresses.
