Heinz Behrens
Heinz Behrens (born September 30, 1932 in Grünberg in Silesia ) is a German actor .
Life
Heinz Behrens studied from 1948 to 1951 at the University of Theater and Music in Halle (Saale) . He then played theater in Rostock , Erfurt and Dessau before making his screen debut in 1960 in the television production "Love at First Sight". From 1961 he was a member of the drama ensemble of the East German television company DFF , where, in addition to acting, he also took on some television presentations. He gained fame primarily through the portrayal of Horst Baumann in the DFF film series Maxe Baumann and through leading and supporting roles in over twenty productions of the Moritzburg TV theater between 1965 and 1990, including Das Streichquartett (1965) by Szöke Szakall , Charley's newest aunt ( 1968) by Brandon Thomas , Nickel and the thirty-six righteous (1973) by Hans José Rehfisch , Ein Berg Abwasch (1975) by Paul Herbert Freyer , A total crazy idea (1981) by Carl Laufs , Visiting time (1984) by Rudi Czerwenka , Die Journey of Monsieur Perrichon by Eugène Labiche and the new episodes of the trial series From Case to Case (1989 f.). In the last broadcast of the Moritzburg TV theater audience favorites in the TV theater: Heinz Behrens on September 18, 1991, Behrens told of his experiences and numerous appearances in the TV theater.
After the political change in the GDR in 1989, he concentrated again on theater work and performed on stages in Zurich , Berlin and Dresden , among others . Heinz Behrens went on tours with Manfred Krug and Heidi Kabel and directed Heidi Kabel's farewell tour in 1998. From 2002 to 2010 he was a member of the Musical Comedy Berlin .
Heinz Behrens lives today in Rauchfangswerder on Lake Zeuthen . He was married to the singer Käthe Sennwald-Behrens from 1961 until she died in 2001.
