Hermann Heinrich Georg Wilhelm Weber (born November 18, 1830 in Assenheim , † April 4, 1902 in Offenbach am Main ) was a German lawyer and politician ( NLP ) and President of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Hermann Weber was the son of the Ysenburg-Wächtersbach chamber councilor Georg Leonhard Weber (1794–1879) and his wife Sophie Eleonore Therese, née Brill. Weber, who was a Protestant, married Ottilie, nee Thudichum, in 1859, the daughter of the Member of Parliament Georg Thudichum .

From 1847 he studied law in Giessen and Heidelberg. In 1854 he became a court advisor in Offenbach. In 1855 he was promoted to Dr. jur. PhD. From 1858 he was court attorney and procurator at the court in Giessen and from 1862 the same at the court in Darmstadt . From 1890 he was a lawyer in Offenbach and was appointed Judicial Councilor in 1890 and a Privy Councilor in 1898. In 1899 he became a notary and retired in 1901.

From 1874 to 1878 and again from 1888 to 1896 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of the city of Offenbach . He was Vice-President from 1875 to 1878 and President of the Second Chamber from 1892 to 1896. In 1898 he was appointed a lifelong member of the First Chamber of the Estates by the Grand Duke.
