Bissingen court

The Bissingen ruling court was a ruling court for the Counts of Oettingen-Wallerstein zu Bissingen . It existed from 1818 to 1848. Until 1837 it was part of the Rezatkreis , from 1838 it belonged to Swabia and Neuburg . In 1848 it was converted into a judicial and police authority, and in 1852 into the Bissingen district court .

location

The rule of court bordered on the south by the district court Blenheim , on the east by the district court Donauwörth , on the north by the district court Nördlingen and on the northeast by the rule of court Harburg .

structure

The rulership court was divided into 11 tax districts, which were administered by the Rentamt Höchstädt , with the exception of Hohenaltheim and Niederaltheim, which were administered by the Rentamt Nördlingen .

Reimertshof , which was administered by the Schaffhausen tax district of the Harburg court, was still subordinate to the ruling court.

In 1818 there were 21 rural communities in the Bissingen court:

  • Bissingen with Herrenmühle, Kallertshofen, Neutenmühle and Stegmühle
  • Bollstadt with foal house
  • Fallow town with Abtsholzerhof, Rottmanshof and Seibertsweiler
  • Buggenhofen
  • Burgmagerbein with Leitenhof and Reimertshof
  • Diemantstein
  • Fronhofen with Hohenburgermühle
  • Gaishardt with Obergaishardt and Untergaishardt
  • Goellingen
  • Hochstein
  • Hohenaltheim
  • Kesselostheim
  • Leiheim
  • Niederaltheim with Bronnenhaus, Frohnmühle, Ganzenmühle, Hochhaus, Karlshof, Mühlauhof, Pulvermühle and Schollenhof
  • Upper lean leg with oil mill and Tuifstädt
  • Oberringingen with Fallhaus (Haide) and Hochdorf
  • Oppertshofen
  • Stillnau
  • Thalheim
  • Underbiting with a book on the Rannenberg
  • Unterringingen
  • Warnhofen with Kömertshof

There were a total of 4975 inhabitants, who were divided into 959 families and lived in 1019 properties.

After 1829, but before 1839, Unterermagerbein was given up by the Harburg court .
