IC 361 is a type II1r open cluster in the constellation Giraffe. The star cluster has an apparent magnitude of 11.7 mag and a diameter of 7 '. Its distance from the solar system is about 3500 light years .

The object was discovered on February 11, 1893 by William Frederick Denning .
