IC 368 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type S in the constellation Eridanus at the southern sky . It is an estimated 274 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 75,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky is the galaxy IC 369 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on October 15, 1891 .
