IC 367 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Eridanus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 219 million light years from the Milky Way and about 150,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered on December 7, 1891 by Stéphane Javelle .
