IC 350 is a spiral galaxy with extensive star formation regions of the Hubble type Sab in the constellation Eridanus in the southern sky . It is around 412 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 145,000 light years .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on October 14, 1891 .
