IC 3621 is a compact galaxy of Hubble type C in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is an estimated 947 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 115,000 light-years across .

The object was discovered by Royal Harwood Frost on May 7, 1904 .
