IC 4032 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Coma Berenices in the northern sky . It is an estimated 304 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 35,000 light years in diameter. The galaxy is a member of the Coma galaxy cluster Abell 1656 .

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 842 , IC 3990 , IC 3991 , IC 4088 .

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on June 6, 1896 .
