Ingeborg Bachmann Prize 2010

The Ingeborg Bachmann Prize 2010 was the 34th competition for the literature prize as part of the Days of German-Language Literature . The event took place from June 24th to 27th, 2010 in the Klagenfurt ORF theater of the Carinthia regional studio and was moderated by Clarissa Stadler .

As part of the “Bachmann Prize goes Europe” project, the competition texts were translated into seven foreign languages ​​for the first time.

On the first day of reading, a “Bachmann grove”, modeled on the Torquato Tasso oak in Rome, began with the planting of a red beech in the park of the state studio.
