The Internationaux de Nouvelle-Calédonie 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place from December 31, 2012 to January 5, 2013 in Nouméa , New Caledonia . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2013 and was played outdoors on hard courts. Last year's individual winner was Jérémy Chardy . This year his compatriot Adrian Mannarino won the title. In the final he beat the Slovak Andrej Martin in two sets 6: 4 and 6: 3 and thus secured his fourth Challenger title. Last year, the Thai duo Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana won doubles . This year's event was won by Samuel Groth and Toshihide Matsui . They beat the New Zealand duo Artem Sitak and Jose Statham in three sets with 7: 6, 6 , 1: 6 and [10: 4] in the final .

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
