The Internationaux de Nouvelle-Calédonie 2009 was a tennis tournament that took place from January 5th to 11th, 2009 in Nouméa , New Caledonia . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2009 and was played outdoors on hard courts.

Last year's individual winner was Flavio Cipolla . This year Brendan Evans was able to win the title. In the final, he beat the German Florian Mayer in three sets with 4: 6, 6: 3 and 6: 4 and thus secured his first Challenger title. Due to bad weather, the double competition could not be played to the end and was canceled after the first semi-final. For this reason, no title was awarded this year.
