The IS Open de Tênis 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place from April 22nd to 28th, 2013 in São Paulo , Brazil . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2013 and was played outdoors on a clay court. Last year's individual winner was Blaž Kavčič . The duo Paul Capdeville and Marcel Felder won the title in doubles last year.
