Jetstar Japan KK ( Japanese ジ ェ ッ ト ス タ ー ・ ジ ャ パ ン 株式会社 Jettosutā Japan Kabushiki kaisha ) is a Japanese low-cost airline based in Narita and a subsidiary of the Australian Jetstar Airways .
history
Jetstar Japan took the official operation on 9 July 2012 from its hub in Tokyo Narita on. The first destinations were Osaka, Sapporo and Okinawa. In June 2013, it opened its second hub at Kansai Airport .
Jetstar Japan's shareholders are Qantas (33.3%) Japan Airlines (33.3%), Mitsubishi Motors (16.7%) and Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation (16.7%).
Destinations
Jetstar Japan currently flies primarily to destinations within Japan from its home airports. Cities in East Asia are also served.
