Jugglerz is a DJ , producer and label team from Konstanz . The group operates its own label under the name Jugglerz Records . By working with artists from home and abroad such as RAF Camora , Gzuz , Bausa , Miami Yacine , Ufo361 , Olexesh , Major Lazer and Elephant Man , they gained national and international fame. They worked as producers on the single Was du Liebe nennst by Bausa. The single reached diamond status and stayed at number 1 in the German charts for nine weeks and then reached number 3 in the 2018 annual charts. Before that, they made it to number 6 on the US Billboard charts in the reggae albums category with their label sampler Jugglerz City .

Career

The Jugglerz sound system was founded by Shotta Paul and DJ Meska in February 2012 . Before that they were part of the Sentinel sound system . As members of Sentinel, they were runner-up in the Worldclash 2010 in Montego Bay .

They toured Jamaica , Central and Central America , Bermuda , the United States and Europe . Musically they stood for dancehall and reggae as well as hip-hop , afrobeat and EDM .

In 2015 the group won the Soundclash against KIZ at the Stubaital Opening Soundclash. Also in 2015 they won the War Ina East Soundclash against Black Chiney Sound from Miami . In October 2018 Jugglerz were part of the Red Bull Culture Clash in Berlin .

Jugglerz Records

The Jugglerz Records label, which belongs to the sound system, has existed since 2012 and, in addition to label artists such as Miwata, mainly publishes compilations in the form of so-called riddims . The label sampler Jugglerz City was released in 2016 and reached number 6 on the US Billboard charts in the Reggae Albums category.

Jugglerz Records has been a joint venture of the Universal Music Group since 2018 .

Jugglerz Production

The Jugglerz Production Team consists of Sir Jai, Jopez & Meska. Sir Jai was previously the DJ and producer of Kool Savas and Xavier Naidoo . Jopez is the DJ and producer for the group The Orsons and also produced for Cro . Meska was responsible for most of the Jugglerz reggae productions. In 2018 they were nominated nationally for the Echo in the producer category.
