Katharina Böhm (born November 20, 1964 in Sorengo , Switzerland ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

The daughter from the third marriage of the Austrian actor Karlheinz Böhm (1928–2014) with the Polish actress Barbara Lass (born Kwiatkowska ; 1940–1995) was born in 1964 in Switzerland. Her grandfather was the Austrian conductor Karl Böhm , her grandmother was the German soprano Thea Linhard-Böhm .

The age of twelve she was the first time in the series Heidi the Swiss television as Klara front of the camera. After training as an actor at the Krauss drama school in Vienna and her first television and cinema roles , she became known through the great success of the television series Das Erbe der Guldenburgs . Then Katharina Böhm went to the Theater in der Josefstadt in 1988 and worked mainly on the stage until 1992. Katharina Böhm lives with her son Samuel, who was born in 1998, in the Vaterstetten district of Baldham near Munich .
