Katja Danowski (born April 20, 1974 in Hemer ) is a German actress . She works for the theater as well as for the film as well as a speaker for audio books and radio plays .

Life

Career

Katja Danowski completed her acting studies at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin.

From 2000 to 2002 she was engaged at the Berliner Ensemble , where she played the character Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Queen Isabel in Richard II . Until 2005 she had an engagement at the State Theater Stuttgart . Other important roles for her were Hilde Wangel in Baumeister Solness and Alitta in Grabbe's Hannibal, as well as Grusha in The Caucasian Chalk Circle .
