Kołowinek is a small place in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and belongs to the rural community Piecki ( German  whip village ) in the Powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ).

geography

Kołowinek is located on the Kleiner Kollogiener See (also: Kleiner Kalgiener See , Polish Jezioro Kołowinek ) in the southern center of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, 15 kilometers southeast of the district town of Mrągowo ( German  Sensburg ). There is no evidence of the history of today's Osada lesna ( forest settlement) , not even of a possible German name in the period before 1945. In terms of church, the small town today belongs to the Protestant parish of Mikołajki (Nikolaiken) with the Ukta branch or to the Catholic parish Ukta .

Kołowinek can be reached on a side road from Kosowiec on the provincial road 610 . There is no rail link.
