Konrad Graber (born July 24, 1958 in Lucerne ; resident in Grossdietwil and Kriens ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).

biography

From 1985 to 1989 Konrad Graber was represented in the legislature of his municipality in Kriens . In 1987 he was elected to the Grand Council (today: Cantonal Council) of the Canton of Lucerne , of which he was a member until 2007. From 1997 to 2001 he was President of the cantonal CVP. In the 2007 parliamentary elections , he was elected to the Council of States as representative of the Canton of Lucerne and resigned from it in 2019. He is also a member of the 2013 founded at the initiative of beverage manufacturers lobby group for sweet drinks IG soft drinks .

Konrad Graber works as an auditor, is Chairman of the Board of Emmi AG and was a long-time member of the Board of Directors of CSS Insurance . He is married, lives in Kriens and held the rank of specialist officer in the Swiss Army .
