Lasarewo ( Russian Лазарево , German Grüntann ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad ( Koenigsberg region (Prussia) ). It is located in the north of the Pravdinsk Rajon ( Friedland district (Eastern Pr.) ) And belongs to the Mosyrskoje selskoje posselenije (rural community Mosyr (Klein Gnie) ).
Geographical location
Lasarewo is on the left bank of the Ilme (Russian: Borodinka) on a side street, the Sadowoje ( Szallgirren / Schallgirren , 1938–1945 Kreuzhausen ) on the Russian trunk road A 197 (former German Reichsstrasse 139 ) with Perewalowo ( Muldszen / Muldschen , 1938–1945 Mulden ) on the R 508 trunk road . In the town, a road crosses, coming from Vershiny (Werschen) and Tichoje (Kiehlendorf) into the northern state forest to Vinogradnoye (Stutterei) in the Chernyakhovsk district (district Insterburg ).
Until 2001 there was a connection to the Toruń – Chernyachovsk (Thorn – Insterburg) railway via the Frunzenskoe ( Bokellen , 6 km) station , but its operation on Russian territory has ceased.
history
In its history, the former Grüntann is closely connected with that of the community Groß Potauern (Russian: Perekrjostki, no longer exists today) and was part of the district of Muldszen (1936–1938 district of Muldschen , 1938–1945 district of Mulden ) in the Gerdauen district in the administrative district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1893, Gräbenswalde (Russian: Pereleski), and in 1928, the Oberförsterei Klein Astraiwschken (1938–1945 Ilmengrund , Russian: Morosowka) was incorporated into Groß Potauern.
In 1945 Grüntann came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia and in 1950 was named "Lasarewo". Until 2009, the place was incorporated within the Kaliningrad Oblast in Russia since 1991/92 into the Frunzensky Soviet (Dorfsovjet Frunzenskoje (Bokellen) ) and since then - due to a structural and administrative reform - has been classified as a “settlement” (possjolok) within the Mosyrskoje selskoje posselenije (Town Mosyr (Klein Compagnie) ) in Pravdinsky District .

With its predominantly Protestant population, Grüntann was parish until 1945 in the parish of Muldszen (1936-1938 Muldschen , 1938-1945 Mulden , Russian: Perewalowo). It belonged to the Gerdauen church district (Russian: Schelesnodoroschny) within the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union .
Today Lasarewo is in the area of the town of Chernyachovsk (Insterburg) , which was newly founded in the 1990s and which is incorporated into the also new provost of Kaliningrad in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELCER).
