Lesignano de 'Bagni is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5074 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Parma in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 17 kilometers south-southwest of Parma on the Parma River and is part of the Comunità montana Appennino Parma Est .
