Neviano degli Arduini is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3557 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Parma in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 24 kilometers south of Parma and borders the province of Reggio Emilia . In the south-west of the municipality the Parma forms the border, in the east the Enza .
