Festival of Lights is a collective term for a temporary fixed , wherein a plurality of light sources such as candles , lamps , lanterns , spotlights , projectors and / or fireworks , take center stage and so at dusk and in the dark for a special atmosphere make . A further development of traditional light festivals are Luminalen or Festivals of Lights , in which the illumination of buildings that shape the cityscape is in the foreground.
