Jinju is a city in the west of Gyeongsangnam-do Province in South Korea . It's on Namgang . In the north, the districts are Sancheong , Uiryeong and Haman , to the east Masan , in the southern district of Goseong and Sacheon and west of the county Hadong . The famous Lantern Festival takes place in Jinju every year in October.
