List of members of the Styrian state parliament (VII legislative period)

This list of the members of the Styrian Landtag (VII. Legislative period) lists all the members of the Styrian Landtag in the VII. Legislative period from April 6, 1970 to November 12, 1974. In the state elections in 1970 , the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) won 28 of the 56 state parliament seats and lost its absolute majority, which it had only gained in 1965, whereby it lost one seat compared to 1965. The Socialist Party of Austria (SPÖ) was able to increase its result from 24 to 26 seats, while the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) received two seats. The Communists and Left Socialists (KLS), however, lost their only mandate.
