Franz Feldgrill

Franz Feldgrill (born March 18, 1917 in Mauritzen near Frohnleiten , Styria , † March 10, 2007 in Graz ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ).

From 1955, Franz Feldgrill was a councilor in his home town of Frohnleiten. In 1960 he entered parliament as a member of the Austrian Federal Council for Styria. From 1963 to 1985 Feldgrill was a member of the Styrian Landtag , whose third president he was from 1970 to 1983. From 1983 to 1985 he was First President of the State Parliament. Franz Feldgrill was married twice, most recently to the politician Ruth Feldgrill-Zankel .
