The list of churches in Flensburg contains the churches, church buildings and parishes in the city of Flensburg .
Evangelical Lutheran Churches
The Evangelical-Lutheran churches or parishes belong either to the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Northern Germany or to the Dansk Kirke i Sydslesvig .
The churches of the North German regional church belong to the provost of Flensburg within the church district of Schleswig-Flensburg within the Schleswig and Holstein district. In addition to the parishes mentioned below, the parishes of Eggebek-Jörl, Großenwiehe, Handewitt , Harrislee , Medelby, Nordhackstedt, Oeversee-Jarplund, Sieverstedt, Tarp, Walsbüll and Wanderup also belong to the Provostei Flensburg.

Community center | Fruerlund | Fruerlund | around 1981 | At the beginning of the 1980s the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Fruerlund was established. The church building complex with the address Fruerlundhof 1 ( Lage ), which was apparently built at the same time, consists of a modern community center , a bell tower and the associated Alsterbogen youth center.The community hall with altar, pulpit, baptismal font, lectern and a digital organ for the church services of the community was created by the Artist Uwe Appold designed. In 2004 the parish numbered around 3700 parishioners. In 2017, after more houses were built in Fruerlund, the parish already had around 6,000 parishioners. |
