Marked in 1908, it was built by Alfred Wildhack . It is a small, asymmetrical building with hip roofs and gable gables, combined in a late-historical style with a secessionist sunflower frieze and Alpine decorative elements.

The villa was built in 1892/93 by Josef Bündsdorf for his mother. The representative block-like building with variously shaped window openings and a rich roof section is a rare example of late historicism in the Semmering area with early echoes of the Heimat style .

Construction began in 1882 on a plot of land belonging to the Südbahngesellschaft by J. Daum for J. Schönthaler, and was completed in 1885 by Franz Neumann . It is the prototype of a villa on Semmering, where alpine wood architecture is combined with urban villa construction. Later it was enlarged by Fellner & Helmer for Otto Seybel (1845–1927) towards the west into a kind of double-gabled house (1888, 1895, 1907). From 1967–81 the house was run by Maxi Böhm as a pension.

Erected by Franz Neumann for his family in 1893/94 , the building was at times a holiday home for Universale Hoch- und Tiefbau AG (the interior was partially redesigned in 1962). It is a two- to three-storey mixed building with an alpine character, the outbuilding is a one to three-storey gable building placed in the slope.

1907/09 on the initiative of Karoline von Neumann, together with the high altitude therapy specialist Franz Hansy, built by Oskar Laske and Viktor Fiala according to plans by Franz von Krauss and Josef Tölk , originally two components, 1909/12 renovation work by the same architects (three-storey bed wing and dining room with Terrace structurally connected, raised and provided with a shared roof), 1950s partial redesign of the interior, until 1988 rest home for federal employees, functionalist architecture in connection with Heimatstil and palace architecture at the transition from late historicism to functional modernism.

The Semmering Railway was opened in 1854 and is the oldest standard-gauge mountain railway in Europe. It was planned by Carl Ritter von Ghega . From the train station Gloggnitz to station Mürzzuschlag it 41 kilometers.
In the area of ​​the community there is the Semmering train station, the Wolfsbergkogel stop and a total of 8 route monitoring structures.

Erected in 1894/95 by Peter Handler on the initiative of a church building association based on plans by Gustav von Neumann, the plot was donated by Prince Johann II of Liechtenstein , in 1907/08 the main facade was completed and an aisle with a gallery was added, since 1934 independent parish, original patronage of Maria Schutz , Expansion plans by Robert Kramreiter that were not implemented in 1937 .
