The M18 ( Croatian / Bosnian Magistralna cesta or Serbian Магистрални пут / Magistralni put ) is a main road in Bosnia and Herzegovina . It leads from the Serbian border near Bijeljina via Tuzla , Kladanj and Olovo to the capital Sarajevo and then on via Foča to the Montenegrin border on the Tara near Šćepan Polje .

On its course, the M18 uses the valleys and gorges of Željeznica , Bistrica and Drina as a transport corridor.
