The list of team squads of the Ekstraliga (chess) 2008 contains all players who were registered for the Polish Ekstraliga in chess 2008 with their individual results.
The participating teams were allowed to register as many substitutes as they wanted in addition to six regular players (a woman had to be placed on board 6). While AZS UMCS Lublin and JKSz MCKiS Jaworzno each reported seven players, the roster of BKS Prokonex Brzeg comprised ten players. Not all of the registered players were used. While WASKO HetMaN Szopienice, AZS UMCS Lublin, KSz Juvena Hańcza Suwałki, LKSz Drakon SKOK Chmielewskiego Lublin and SzKS Zelmer Smak-Eko Górno used the same six players in all competitions, eight players played at least one game for BKS Prokonex Brzeg. A total of 66 of the 81 registered players were used, 48 of whom competed in all competitions.
The best player with 7.5 points from 9 games was Joanna Dworakowska (Szopienice), 7 points from 9 games was achieved by Zbigniew Pakleza (Płock). No player achieved 100%, Michał Olszewski (Polonia Warszawa) achieved the best percentage result with 6.5 points from 7 games.
