The list of team squads of the Ekstraliga (chess) 2012 contains all players who were registered for the Polish Ekstraliga in chess 2012 with their individual results.
The participating teams were allowed to register as many substitutes as they wanted in addition to six regular players (a woman had to be placed on board 6). While KSz Polonia Votum Wrocław reported nine players, WASKO HetMaN Szopienice's squad comprised 15 players. Not all of the registered players were used. While GK Baszta MOS Żnin, UKS Rotmistrz Twoja Szkoła Grudziądz and AZS Politechnika Poznańska-Pocztowiec used the same six players in all rounds, twelve players played at least one game at LKS Wrzos Międzyborów. A total of 83 of the 118 registered players were used, 37 players competed in all competitions.
The best player with 7.5 points from 9 games was Michał Olszewski (Polonia Warszawa), his teammate Tomasz Warakomski achieved 7 points from 9 games . Grzegorz Masternak (Szopienice) won his only game and was the only player to achieve 100%.
