Marion Poschmann

Marion Poschmann (born December 15, 1969 in Essen ) is a German author who writes poetry and prose .

Life

Marion Poschmann grew up in Mülheim an der Ruhr and in Essen. From 1989 to 1995 she studied German , philosophy and Slavic studies , first in Bonn and from 1992 in Berlin , and in 1994 she also studied scenic writing at the Berlin University of the Arts . From 1997 to 2003 she taught German as part of the German-Polish primary school project “Spotkanie means encounter”. She lives as a freelance writer in Berlin and is a member of the PEN Center Germany .
