Mark Irwin

Mark Irwin (born August 7, 1950 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian cameraman .

Life

He began his career as a cameraman in 1976 with the film Point of No Return . His collaboration with director David Cronenberg began with the film 10,000 PS - Full Throttle Rush at the Limits from 1979 . Their last film together was Die Fliege in 1986. Irwin's oeuvre encompasses more than 130 film and television productions, including many horror films and comedies.

To date, the Canadian Society of Cinematographers has awarded him four awards for Best Cinematography .
