Marley Eve Shelton (born April 12, 1974 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .

life and career

Shelton was born with the profession of actress. As the daughter of producer and commercial filmmaker Christopher Shelton, getting into the film industry was easy for her, even though she wasn't initially interested in living a life on stage.

Ultimately, however, she got into the film industry and starred in the film Grand Canyon - In the Heart of the City even before studying at the University of California . To finance her studies, Shelton took on minor roles in film and television, including in 1995 in Nixon . Shelton made her international breakthrough in 1998 alongside Tobey Maguire in Pleasantville - Too Good to Be True and in 1999 alongside Renée Zellweger in The Bachelor .
