society

Perin began his footballing career in the youth of Pro Cisterna near his birthplace. After a year he switched to the youth of Pistoiese and stayed there for two years. In 2008 the CFC Genoa accepted him into his department. He has been part of the professional squad since 2010 and played one game in the red and blue dress.

In order to collect match practice, Genoa loaned him to Serie B at Calcio Padova , where he played the entire season . In total, he came to 25 missions and landed with the team in seventh place in the table.

For the 2012/13 season Perin was awarded by CFC Genoa to the Serie A climber Delfino Pescara 1936. He immediately became a regular player and important support in the fight against relegation.

After the long-time goalkeeper Juventus left with Gianluigi Buffon , Perin moved to the reigning champions for the 2018/19 season . He signed a contract that runs until June 30, 2022 and cost twelve million euros, which can increase by three million euros.

National team

From the U17 onwards, Perin went through all of the Italians' youth teams and came regularly to appearances. Since 2010 he was also part of the U21 team .

He was also the first time in 2012 by Cesare Prandelli in the squad of the senior national team for the friendly against England appointed on 15 August. Here, however, he was not used because Salvatore Sirigu was on the field for the full season.
