Arnaldo Antonio Sanabria Ayala (born March 4, 1996 in San Lorenzo ) is a Paraguayan football player . He is active as a striker for CFC Genoa and the Paraguayan national team .

In his hometown of San Lorenzo , Sanabria started a futsal career and started his football career at Club Cerro Porteño in 2004 . In 2007 his family moved to Spain and he continued his career at La Blanca Subur , a club from the Catalan town of Sitges . In 2009, at the age of 13, Sanabria joined the FC Barcelona Youth Academy.

For the 2013/14 season he was promoted to the B-team of the club. He made his professional debut on matchday 7 in the 0-1 defeat against RCD Mallorca . Less than two months later, he scored his first goal for Barça B in a 2-1 draw against UD Las Palmas .

In 2013 he took part with Paraguay's U-20s at the Junior World Cup in Turkey , where his team was eliminated in the quarter-finals against Iraq. On August 14, 2013, Sanabria made his debut at the age of 17 for the Paraguayan national team in a 3: 3 against Germany . This makes him the youngest debutant in Paraguay's history.
