NGC 1445 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E4 in the constellation Eridanus at the southern sky . It is estimated to be 437 million light years from the Milky Way and about 115,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 1434 , NGC 1447 , NGC 1450 .
The property was discovered by Frank Muller in 1886 .
