NGC 2365 is a barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBa in the constellation Gemini on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 99 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 2186 and IC 2187
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on November 10, 1864 .
