NGC 2882 is a galaxy of Hubble type S? in the constellation Leo on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 90 million ly. Away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 40,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 2894 and IC 540 .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on March 6, 1864 .
