NGC 3213 is a spiral dwarf galaxy with extensive star formation regions of the Hubble type SBbc in the constellation Leo on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 57 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 15,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky there are u. a. the galaxies NGC 3222 , NGC 3226 , NGC 3227 .
The object was discovered by Édouard Stephan on March 13, 1883 .
