NGC 6882 = NGC 6885 is an open star cluster of the Trumpler type III2p in the constellation Fuchs in the northern sky . It has a diameter of 20 minutes of arc and an apparent magnitude of 8.1 mag. The cluster is about 2,000 light years from the solar system.
The object was discovered by William Herschel on September 9, 1784 .
