The 1940/1941 season was the third regular staging of the National League A , the highest Swiss league in ice hockey . The previous season was canceled due to the mobilization of the Swiss Army during the war. The HC Davos was Swiss after four games champion.

Each of the five teams played once against each group opponent, making the total number of games per team four. Champion became the winner of the main round. Each team received two points for a win and one point for a tie. If you lost, you didn't get any points.

HC Davos dominated the league with four wins in four games with a goal difference of 23: 4 and thus won the 13th Swiss championship title in the club's history. Due to a league expansion for the following season, there was no relegation.
